Timone (9 year old Jack
Russell Terrier) turned up practically paralyzed on September 18. He
was previously treated for Lyme disease to no avail. The only other thing
was a disc injury, and while I never saw him get hurt, he may have fallen down
the back deck stairs (16 steps).
He had little control over his back end, and when he tried to walk his
feet would 'knuckle under'. I
thought about putting him to sleep because of the intense pain he was in,
even considered getting him a wheelchair.
So we went to see Don...
Timone is still
a work in progress but he can wag his tail now, pee like a boy, has little pain
and can walk with out falling over! A month into treatment and he has
progressed in 'leaps and bounds' [so to speak]. Timone is almost back to normal. I do not think he will ever
be truly 'normal' again, where he is now is more than I could have asked for.
Don was great. He
explained everything in detail during every treatment and was very gentle
with my dog.
It is great to see the
improvement.
